Please read this page
and the rules before using the applet below. Thank you! (AOL
users, please read below)

Directions:
- NickName: Enter the NickName
you would like to use while chatting. PLEASE keep this unique, do not
enter #dsm with the default nick of "ATDSM". You will look
like a dweeb if that happens too often :)
- Channel: This is already
set up to go to the channel #dsm, or you can choose to go to our own
"#atdsm" room
- Then Click "Connect
Now!"
- You should automatically
join #dsm. If something doesn't work, then maybe irc.dsm.org is down
(quite possible) or an a/t dsm member has shown excessive misconduct
and been banned or k-lined, and caused us all not to be able to join
the channel.
- See below
for some basic troubleshooting and IRC
Commands.
Troubleshooting:
NOTE: If you are
using AOL,
as of this time, irc.dsm.org may NOT support AOL USERS. Sorry, I have
no control over this.
If you don't see red/black applet above, you either
do not support JAVA (get the latest browser of choice), have a firewall
that doesn't let inbound applets to work, or you didn't click "YES/GRANT"
when the software certificate window came up. If it's none of the above,
you may have a slow connection, try waiting for 1-2 minutes before complaining.
If it crashes your browser, something is wrong with the JAVA part of it.
I recommend using IE 4 or 5, with the latest "JAVA VM" installed
from microsoft. A quick link to the correct site for IE4+ is http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm32.htm
Netscape 4.7 has been tested as well, and now works fine.
