Welcome to the Chicago Club DSM Web Site. We are a non-profit (FREE) group of
Enthusiasts that own or deal with the "DSM" family of cars, which also include the models listed
below:

• Mitsubishi Eclipse
• Eagle Talon
• Plymouth Laser
• Galant GS-X and VR-4
• Mitsubishi 3000GT
• Dodge Stealth

The Eagle Talon, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and Plymouth Laser are siblings, manufactured by a joint
venture between Chrysler and Mitsubishi called Diamond Star Motors (DSM).

These cars were built in Normal, Illinois, from 1989 to 1999. The Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 shares the
same platform and drive train as the all-wheel drive versions of the DSM cars, but were
manufactured in Japan. These were limited production cars, homologated for European rallying.

The 3000GT and Dodge Stealth share many of the same aspects, and many modifcations are
similar to what can be performed on the DSM's. Think of them as the "big brothers" to DSM's. All
of the above are capable of over 400hp, yet still be called street cars - Go fast with Class!

Keep in mind that this is a regional site, covering the Chicagoland Area, which also includes
parts of Wisconson and Indiana. Even so, anyone is welcome to join. If you haven't already done
