Very good at cleaning some of the lesser known threats, just make sure you install and update it before running.
Adaware
Easy to use, comprehensive scanning for all the threats that spybot sometimes doesn't catch.
Crap Cleaner
Cleans out unused files, clears up space, and fixes small problems from uninstallations of spyware and other software. Usually makes your computer run like it was new again. Run it multiple times for full effect.
